Superintendent

We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead high-quality residential, ground-up home builds from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up residential construction
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Ensure work meets quality standards, plans, and building codes
• Coordinate inspections and maintain project timelines
• Enforce job site safety and maintain a clean, organized site
• Communicate regularly with project managers, vendors, and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction supervision
• Proven experience with ground-up home construction
• Strong knowledge of building practices, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
