Job Qualifications

SAFETY SPECIALIST
Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist with a commitment to safety leadership and excellence. Safety Specialists are responsible for day-to-day implementation and management of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance programs on construction and mining sites. You will work with Rummel’s project teams and subcontractors to increase safety awareness and improve safety practices. The Safety Specialist is in a safety sensitive position and may require substantial walking, sitting, and standing. Job Description
Our commercial general contracting firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team. We are a national general contractor specializing in tenant improvements to ground up projects. The right candidate will be a self-starter, self-disciplined, motivated individual with the highest regard to budget, schedule, quality and client relations.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Management to develop an initial project schedule. Create and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors
* Develop, maintain, and enforce a project site logistics and temporary facilities plan.
* Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce a project site specific safety program in accordance with Policies and Processes, OSHA requirements, local, state, and federal laws to include all subcontractors.

This Project Manager role completes that system by owning the planning, structure, and administrative control that field execution depends on: schedules, procurement, budgets, change orders, documentation, coordination, and closeout. This removes any friction during execution by the superintendent and field crews.
