What We're Looking For:- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

As a County Casework Supervisor, you will lead a team in the In-Home division for the Protective Service Unit in the Eddystone office. This position is responsible for the supervision of County Caseworkers, County Social Workers, and County Social Service Aides. You will schedule meetings with staff to resolve case crises and discuss decisions about placement after consultation with the Administrator. Incumbents will work with other supervisors to assign workload to staff, manage staff training in all areas of job assignment, assess staff if additional training is needed, and evaluate performance. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

As a NICU RN, you'll provide critical care to sick and premature infants. Alongside the rest of the care team, NICU RNs assist in providing round-the-clock care to these patients and support to the parents. Parental support can range from emotional encouragement to advising parents on the proper care of their infant when they return home.
As a NICU Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
* Care for infants transitioning to extra uterine life.
* Monitor vital signs and initiate corrective action when necessary.
* Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
* Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
* Provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
* Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, such as incubators and ventilators.
NICU Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 10-20 pounds of equipment at times. NICU Travel Nurses may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.

- Monitors member's medical care activities, regardless of the site of service, and outcomes for appropriateness and effectiveness.

- Encourages member participation and compliance in the program.
- Documents accurately and comprehensively based on the standards of practice and current organization policies.

- Understands fiscal accountability and its impact on the utilization of resources, proceeding to self-care outcomes.

Education/Experience:
