We’re looking for a US-based Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and help lead FWH through its next phase of global growth. This role combines capital markets leadership, international finance oversight, and strategic business partnership.
You will be responsible for leading the company’s future fundraising, and co-build the future of our finance function, in close collaboration with our EMT.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Leadership & Organizational Development: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the EMT and Board. Develop a finance and accounting team, recruit and ensure the finance function is a strategic competency.
- Investor Relations & Communication: Handle external disclosures and IR management; clearly present the company’s financial status, strategy, and value to investors and the board; establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison for US and international investors and financial partners
- Financial Reporting: Own investor materials, financial models, scenario planning, and board reporting.
- Financial Controls & Risk Management: Implement disciplined cost and cash management practices, manage liquidity, and oversee banking infrastructure. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management standards.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Responsible for organizing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications and experience include:
- 10+ years of experience in capital strategy, fundraising, and financial leadership, preferably with a background in the renewable energy industry or VC; strong insight into relevant policies and financing dynamics is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial, cost, or budget management, including over 5 years of CFO experience in the US.
- Have successfully raised capital from a range of sources, including VCs, strategics, and potentially non-dilutive sources
- Experience in successfully taking a company public (IPO)
- Excellent relationship-building skills with investors and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage risk effectively

We're looking for an Electro-mechanical maintenance technician specializing in Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on Electro-mechanical equipment and devices. This position will support out Solar array production equipment and be the main point of contact for equipment maintenance in that area.
Key job responsibilities
- Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment
- Respond to unplanned maintenance requests
- Read, analyze and interpret technical documents such as; blueprints, electrical, and diagrams to diagnose and repair electrical issues
- Basic (or better) understanding of PLC systems.
- Test and repair pneumatic assemblies
- Understand and analyze the technical specifications of mechatronic systems, subsystems, modules and components
- Perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance to detect and prevent problems
- Use troubleshooting skills to identify and prevent possible problems and failures, and to systematically and intelligently make repairs
- Incorporate relevant technical literature into the understanding of system operation and coordinate efforts with other technicians involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components
- Install, repair, adjust, and test equipment and components to ensure that systems function properly
- Communicate with machine operators, and operate equipment to detect equipment problems, analyze malfunctions, and verify system problems
- Observe and incorporate safety standards and regulations required for safe operation of the system

Description:
Responsibilities include an array of materials functions that may include receiving, put away incoming stock, picking and staging work orders, cycle counting, and general warehouse maintenance. The position requires the employee to be on-site during the scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.What do we want to know about you?
•High school degree or equivalent.
•At least one (1) year of warehouse experience is preferred.•Operation of a pallet jack is required. Company sponsored certification for “electric pallet jack” must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
•Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
•Basic Microsoft Office computer skills, excel, word, etc.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to respond positively to feedback.
•Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate math and reading skills.
•Ability to work with minimal direction.
•Must have computer skills to function in an ERP environment.
What will your typical day look like?
•Routinely and safely operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks and rolling carts.
•Pick, pack, and put away (items on racks, shelves, pallets or bins) and deliver orders safely and accurately.•Assist in accurately stocking shelves, utilize First In First Out best practices.
•Assist in team cycle counting activities as assigned.
•Process and maintain accurate documentation for all material movements and transactions.
•Ability to operate a hydraulic hoist, where applicable.
•Operate a metal tag printer, label printers and programs, where applicable.
•Respond to direction from both supervisor and group lead to complete pack lists.
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas and workstations clean, neat and organized in accordance with 5S protocol.
•Daily interaction with coworkers on the production line.
•Ability to wear necessary and required PPE.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
