Chevrolet (Experienced) Certified Transmission Technician

*Midway Chevrolet *is in search of a *Certified (EXPERIENCED) Transmission Technician* to join the team!*The Perks of Joining our Team** 3 years' Plus experience minimum as an Automotive Transmission Technician
* Automotive Dealership or similar environment experience
* GM transmission certification preferred but not necessary
* Perform quality repairs and maintenance on Transmissions/Diesel Engines/Heavy Duty Trucks as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures
* Accurately complete all required paperwork (e.g., repair information on work orders, information for state and emission inspections) promptly.
* Diagnose failure of vehicles by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts.
* Dedication and adherence to all Company and industry safety standards. Inspect vital parts to ensure they are in proper operating conditions.
* Create a job repair plan based on the diagnosis.
* The largest parts inventories in Phoenix with a high fill rate!
* Work with a team of experienced Service Advisors providing top support selling your work!
* Access to an experienced full-time Shop Foreman ready and willing to support you and provide live troubleshooting!

* Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
* Ability to work with little supervision.

* Consistent and stable work history
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
