Lead Data Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Commercial Analytics Analyst to support business performance, sales strategy, and market insights within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using internal KPIs and external datasets
• Analyze market trends, product performance, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Evaluate business performance across key metrics such as volume, market share, and new patient starts
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to optimize territory alignment, call planning, and targeting strategies
• Deliver monthly business reviews using internal data and third-party sources (e.g., prescriber, chargebacks, 867/852 data)
• Support incentive compensation design, goal setting, and performance tracking
• Analyze physician/account-level data and promotional effectiveness to guide segmentation and brand strategy
• Provide insights and reporting support to field teams for day-to-day execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally on forecasting models and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of experience in analytics within pharmaceutical or life sciences
• Strong understanding of pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
