Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Preston Center office in Dallas, TX, for an Enterprise Sales Specialist. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and developing relationships with enterprise clients to increase revenue. Responsibilities include maintaining sales operations, managing accounts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational targets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, initiate, and close business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and Sales Management to streamline processes and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare Enterprise Account Management to maintain relationships and grow existing client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to successfully engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
