Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lynbrook, NY for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and drive the progress of compliance-related projects, ensuring effective coordination with teams and external agencies like DOB, DOT, FDNY, and DEP. Responsibilities include managing plans for expediting permits, conducting inspections, orchestrating project logistics, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and deadlines. The role demands close collaboration with clients and project stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes and maintain clear communication.
Qualifications
- Experience with Expediting and permit application processes
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Inspection
- Skills in Logistics Management and coordination of project timelines
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with New York City Building Code and regulatory agencies such as DOB, DOT, FDNY, and DEP is a significant advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet strict deadlines
- Class 2 Filing Representative License Required
