We are looking for an EHS Specialist to join our plant team, based in Ludlow, Massachusetts. The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies related to workplace safety, environmental protection, and employee health. The Site EHS Lead will serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) expert for the Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility, which will support solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test activities. This role will have full ownership of site-level EHS operations and will play a critical role in facility startup, commissioning, and ramp-up to steady-state operations in a fast-paced, high-hazard manufacturing environment.

Physical requirements/Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an office as well as laboratory environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Work in a lab involves potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, as well as needles. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings, walking in the facilities, or processing tissue samples, blood, etc. Some local travel is necessary so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required. Some travel to clinical sites might be required.

Senior Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing complex IT projects within a hybrid Agile and traditional project management environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
This is an onsite position with standard weekday hours and occasional flexibility based on project requirements. The selected candidate will manage projects that may have enterprise-wide impact and may also perform business analysis responsibilities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will oversee IT projects and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage projects using hybrid Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Coordinate and participate in release planning activities
- Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation and deliverables

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and integrating all core operational functions of the company. This includes field operations, shop fabrication, project management coordination, purchasing, and quality control. The Director of Operations will serve as the organizational bridge across departments, driving efficiency, improving communication, and executing the company's operational strategy to support growth, customer satisfaction, and internal team cohesion.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the field and shop to ensure jobs are executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Superintendent, Shop Foreman, and Project Management teams to ensure readiness and alignment on all ongoing projects.
- Directly manage or oversee department leads in project management, quality control, purchasing, and fabrication.
- Help define and maintain the organizational structure, including role clarity, performance expectations, and interdepartmental workflows.
- Drive the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational teams, particularly in field installation, fabrication, and material logistics.
- Own and optimize internal systems for document control, drawing management, and information flow (e.g., OneDrive, MieTrack).
- Work with field and project teams to optimize scheduling, crew movement, and resource planning across all active and upcoming jobs.
- Serve as a critical support to avoid bottlenecks and resolve conflicts in manpower, material delays, or scope clarifications.
- Identify future hiring needs and lead the development of team capacity to meet the demands of backlog growth and market opportunity.
- Support the onboarding and mentorship of key staff, including developing future leaders (e.g., Project Executives, Senior PMs).
- Promote accountability, clear communication, and teamwork across departments to reduce stress, prevent finger-pointing, and build a high-performance culture.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the move to the new building and associated operational transitions.
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in construction, metal fabrication, or industrial operations.
- Proven track record of managing field, shop, and project operations in a high-volume environment.
- Experience implementing SOPs and improving operational workflows.
