Pre-Construction Coordinator
Looking for sales-oriented, customer service-minded professionals to join our team!!!
JOB TYPE: Full-time, $20/hr starting pay
OVERVIEW: Magnolia Patio and Pool seeks a dynamic, self-starting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as a Pre-Construction Coordinator will handle the pre-sale and pre-construction processes and will provide knowledge and expertise to customers of the products and designs available, schedule consultations, maintain performance reports, maintain CRM and social media platforms.

This position is on-site, in office, in The Woodlands, TX. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Experience in residential construction, pool industry and/or sales is a plus but not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Project Coordination & Compliance:
* Permit & HOA Mastery: Serve as the primary "navigator" for all municipal/county permits and HOA approvals. You will research local codes, compile submittal packages, and aggressively follow up with officials to move projects from "Sold" to "Construction-Ready."
* Problem-Solving & Diplomacy: Tackle complex approval rejections with persistence. You'll be the one finding creative solutions to meet community guidelines while keeping our design integrity intact.
* Documentation Excellence: Manage all "Life on Paper" for projects, including procurement of site surveys, engineering documents, and final HOA sign-offs with extreme attention to detail.
* Milestone Tracking: Own the Pre-Construction timeline in BuilderTrend , ensuring all administrative "gates" are cleared on schedule so our field crews never have to wait to start.
* Reporting: Ensure appropriate and comprehensive documentation of information following the guidelines of multiple workflows.
Sales Support & Client Relations:
* First Impression Lead Management: High-energy intake of all inbound calls, web leads, and walk-ins. You will qualify prospects, handle initial sales inquiries, and schedule consultations for our sales team. Adapt and modify communication style to provide a positive, consistent, empathetic, and thorough customer experience.
* CRM Administration: Maintain a "perfect" CRM (Hubspot). You'll manage lead status, track sales revenue reports, and ensure all customer data is accurate and actionable. You will further develop workflows and automations within the CRM
* Client Connection (Pre- & Post-Con): Act as the client's main point of contact before the build (during selection meetings) and after the build (for final closeout). Develop thorough knowledge of construction features, options pricing and design selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyer.
* The Final 5-Stars: Conduct post-construction surveys and "Happiness Checks." Your goal is to turn every completed pool into a glowing review and a long-term referral source. Manage and track customer complaints and warranty issues, assign to appropriate departments/personnel.
* Brand Awareness: Maintain our social media presence to keep the brand alive, showcasing completed projects to drive new leads. Coordinate with content creators and marketing consultants to achieve company's marketing objectives
* Reporting: Create Weekly and Monthly reports of lead volume, sales activities, training efforts, and sales revenues
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Positive attitude and mindset with a high level of work-ethic, professionalism, and integrity
* 2 years experience in customer service
* Sales and job planning experience
* Strong computer skills are a must
* Strong knowledge of the principles of product demonstration, sales techniques and quality customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varying styles while projecting a positive image of the company, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, build trust, establish rapport, and effectively de-escalate customer issues and concerns.
* Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule including the commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability
* Ability to work autonomously and be internally driven to meet goals which will lead to success in the position; very organized and customer service oriented
* Current, valid drivers' license
* Strong multitasking skills including the ability to apply typing skills and system navigation to proactively address customers' needs and concerns.
* Extreme time management and organizational skills
* Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calm demeanor
* Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company
* Must pass background check
