Associate Attorney - Divorce & Family Law
Job Description
We are a premier NYC domestic relations law firm exclusively focused on complex divorce and family court matters. We are looking for an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in the fields of divorce and family law with talent and passion.
We have a hybrid work structure that allows attorneys to work primarily remotely and provides for a great work/life balance. At the same time, there is a great deal of support, guidance and team work from other attorneys.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in matrimonial law.
- Admission to the NY Bar. Other states a plus.
- Experience in a family/divorce
DUTIES:
- Appear in courts across all NYC boroughs for divorce and family court hearings.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and conduct depositions.
- Manage cases from inception through litigation efficiently.
- Oversee case status, court appearances, and client interactions.
- Represent clients in all phases of divorce, custody, and child support matters.
