POSITION SUMMARY
To provide high quality imaging CT procedures to our patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner while providing those services in a safe and clean environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
Must be registered in the subspecialty of CT or be registry eligible and pass CT registry within 6 months of hire date.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Preference of one year work experience in hospital environment working in CT after graduation and accreditation; however, we are willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Possesses knowledge of CT scanning and preferably have experience working with GE CT equipment. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health.
Physical Environment:
Radiation safety and universal precautions practiced in a multi modality imaging department.
Physical Effort:
Possesses the ability to perform multifunctional tasks to include: physically manipulate and operate. Equipment; assist in the movement of patients from wheelchairs and stretchers to table; bend, twist, stoop; lift 20 pounds; communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; make appropriate judgment decisions in urgent or emergency situations; and demonstrate emotional stability and psychological health in day to day interaction with fellow workers, patients, their families, and physicians. Must be willing to take call for STAT, Urgent, or Routine studies after hours and on weekends when needed.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Checks patient identification and physician order to ensure accuracy of request before proceeding with study.
- Questions female patients (ages 12-50) regarding the possibility of pregnancy and properly documents information in record.
- Questions all patients who receive intravenous contrast media and documents information regarding allergies and medical history.
- Provides proper radiation safety protection for all persons, to include self. . Follows ALARA, IMAGE GENTLY AND IMAGE WISLEY.
- Communicates potential or existing problems/opportunities to improve quality of care or services.
- Strives to maintain the dignity of each patient by ensuring the patient is properly covered at all times; during exam and patient transport.
- Checks often on patients waiting in hallways to ensure that the patient is covered and comfortable (Pain Management).
- Shows leadership and teamwork in difficult situations and makes appropriate decisions.
- Volunteers for overtime and fill-in when needed.
- Ensures the safety of patients by following all safety procedures while moving patients from wheelchair or stretcher to table and watching patient while on table.

POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure that each member of the weekend staff works together as a team to provide high quality imaging procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner. Those services must be provided in a safe and clean environment. This position is one of a working supervisor who performs studies while managing the work load of the department.

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience
Preference of one year work experience in hospital after graduation and accreditation; however, willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training
Possesses general knowledge of many types of x-ray equipment and computers. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health.In addition, has had previous training in fluoroscopy, surgery, and routine studies and willing to perform those functions daily.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Checks patient identification and physician order to ensure accuracy of request before proceeding with study.
- Questions female patients (ages 12-50) regarding the possibility of pregnancy and properly documents information in record.
- Questions all patients who receive intravenous contrast media and documents information regarding allergies and medical history.
- Provides proper radiation safety protection for all persons, to include self. Follows ALARA, IMAGE GENTLY AND IMAGE WISELY.

General description
Under general direction, provide culturally competent individual, group, and family therapy in order to: help children and students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally; strengthen families and connect them with the resources they need; and create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment, in collaboration with educators and other professionals.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group and family services - including therapy, treatment coordination, and case management - to children, students, and families served by a variety of SBCEO programs, including students with a history of disciplinary and/or behavioral issues in traditional school environments and students in the juvenile justice center.
- Make recommendations to school or program staff and families for behavioral health services and placements, as well as referrals to families for accessing and utilizing school and community resources, as appropriate.
- Provide consultative support and professional expertise to instructional or program staff, service providers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral health, behavioral issues, and substance abuse.
- Provide crisis support to students and their families, helping students regain academic, social, and emotional success and promoting family stability to enable the student to function more effectively in school and community; provide post-crisis intervention case management, including helping families link to intensive, wrap-around behavioral health services.
- Participate in the intervention/coordination of services team with other behavioral health professionals serving community school students.
- Review and approve services provided by other staff for purposes of billing MediCal and other payers.
- Attend and participate in various in-services, committees, and workshops; develop, implement and conduct in-service training sessions for families and staff.
- Maintain treatment and case management records, observing all relevant legal regulations related to patient and student confidentiality.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
A typical way to qualify for this classification would be:
Education: Possession of a qualifying master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
Experience: Three years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to at-promise (at-risk) youth or families, preferably in a school environment.

Licenses and certificates
- Possession of a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.
- Ability to obtain ordering, referring, and prescribing privileges from Medi-Cal.
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage as required by law may be required for some positions in this classification.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications may be required for some positions in this classification.
Working conditions
Positions in this classification are considered generally sedentary. Most work is performed while sitting at a desk and usually involves extensive use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment. Strenuous physical activity - such as lifting and carrying heavy objects, crawling, or stooping - is not generally associated with these positions. These positions are not typically exposed to significant safety hazards.
Local travel by car to a variety of locations countywide, in order to attend meetings and provide service to students and families, is required.

Classified salary ranges have 26 steps (A-Z). Initial salary placement for new hires is between steps A and J, based on qualifications.

Plans, implements, and evaluates care of those patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
- Licensed in the state of Tennessee.
- Must respond to hospital within thirty minutes for "on call" requirements.
- One year experience in medical/surgical nursing.

Standard patient care equipment for services provided. The ability to work well under pressure, to function dependently and independently and to be flexible in applying basic nursing knowledge to a variety of setting. General equipment to area and Network computer system, Pneumatic Tube System, Omnicell Medication System, Meditech Order Entry Computer System; AT&T Language Line, Endoscopy sterile processing equipment.
Physical Environment:
An Endoscopy Unit with patient population ranging from adolescence to age> ninety-nine plus years of age.

- Able to stand/work for up to twelve hours a day.
