Assures quality trauma care by maintaining full compliance to all Standards for Trauma Center Verification as set forth by the American College of Surgeon’s Committee on Trauma (ACS-COT).
The Director, Trauma and Operations also partners with the hospital leadership teams in the development of policies and oversight of the program within their purview.
Requirements: Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration.
Two years of experience in hospital operations and administration that includes demonstrated knowledge in the areas of trauma, critical care, and emergency services.
Experience must include demonstrated success with managing people including conducting performance reviews, staffing and scheduling, hiring, and team building and knowledge of hospital throughput and discharge planning, regulatory requirements, and experience with quality outcome projects.
Must have 1 year of experience with managing vendor and staffing contracts and contracted services for wound care.
Experience gained while earning a graduate degree is acceptable.

Essential Functions: Performs daily set up and delivery of approved courses of radiotherapy in a timely and accurate manner. Assumes care for physical and psychological needs of patients during treatment delivery. Observes clinical progress of patients and reports signs of complications according to policy and procedure. Performs simulations on new treatment areas to define exact parameters as prescribed by Radiation Oncology using professional knowledge and skills for optimum treatment Perform basic nursing skills according to policy and procedure. Assist physician in patient follow‐ups, weekly check‐ups and initial consultation. Scheduling of daily treatments, transportation provided by STC, treatment planning exams and other diagnostic procedures Provides dosimetry services in conjunction with the medical physicist. Accurately obtains weekly portal films and provides accurate identification/documentation. Uses film processor. Responsible for preparing and presentation of treatment chart. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times, and is considerate and understanding of individual’s privacy concerns. Assists patients and families in gaining access to appropriate CTS and community services. Makes referrals to physicians, oncology team, nurses, community health agencies or other professional staff as needed. Performs quality control function for the center, including appropriate measurement, documentation and reporting of findings. Detects and reports equipment malfunctions, while ensuring patient safety and timely repair of equipment Contacts service provider to initiate repair of equipment within time frame to lest compromise patient treatment and safety. Provides input for equipment and supply purchase decisions. Performs inventory control, inventory documentation and purchase of supplies for assigned area as appropriate. Assists in the maintenance of patient records as required, including the requisitioning, retrieving and filing of charts and other files. Takes part in public and professional education and cancer prevention and screening programs as appropriate. Participates in CTS specialty committees and staff meetings. Participates in the quality improvement activities of CTS. Demonstrates professional image, attitude and behaviors consistent with the philosophy of CTS as well as the radiation therapy profession. Performs accurate dose calculations and assists they physics staff with chart checks as needed by policy and procedure. Responsible for attending all annual education programs as required by the position. Immobilizes patient as necessary according to prescribed policy and procedure. Utilizes beam directional devices according to policy and procedure. Operates therapeutic equipment according to policy and procedure. Operates simulator and radiographic imaging equipment according to policy and procedure. Utilizes wedge and compensation filters, as applicable. Performs and documents daily, weekly, monthly, semi‐annual and annual quality checks in accordance with policy and procedure and regulations. Transport patients to and from Radiation therapy as needed. Practices aseptic techniques as needed according to policy and procedure. Perform tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and standard precautions. Manipulation of patient and equipment requires some physical effort and strain, pushing, lifting ‐ special requirements.

Explore the Four Corners Region Essential Duties and Responsibilities: P rovide outpatient and inpatient (if desired) family practice services in the delivery of patient care to the Indian Health Service.
Specific tasks include the following (but are not limited to): Perform outpatient and inpatient (if desired) family practice duties and manage patient's needs as described in the PD), identified by the Service Unit and as directed by Supervisor.
Perform in accordance with the competency standards listed in the Shiprock Service Unit Medical Staff By-Laws.
Provide professional Family Practice Physician Services in the delivery of direct patient care to the Indian Health Service.
Specific tasks include the following: Exercise and have knowledge of Family Practice Physician Services to outpatients and inpatient department at the Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, New Mexico.
Priority for selection shall be given to those who can work in the inpatient setting and do obstetrics.
The Outpatient Clinic includes same-day and continuity care clinics.
The Physician would see between 12 and 20 outpatients per day.
Minor office surgery procedures may be performed.
Inpatient includes Medical Surgical Ward, Pediatric Ward, Intensive Care Unit, Labor & Delivery/Post-partum Ward.
Culd take night and/or weekend call approximately 2 to 3 times per month.
During call back hours the contractor shall cross-cover the inpatient Family Medicine service 4-12 admitted patients), perform emergency Department consults, admit new patients to the hospital (0-3 admissions) and cover Labor and Delivery (0-2 deliveries/night).
NNMC is a 60 inpatient bed facility.
If caring for inpatient, he or she would round on inpatients as needed.
Provide consultation with members of the Family Medicine staff on matters on patient care.
Review clinical records and adhere to records documentation procedures to insure that records are properly maintained.

The Analyst, Desktop Support is responsible for the maintenance, installation, repairs and overall support of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and IoT medical devices to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). The Analyst documents, upgrades and/or replaces hardware and software as required. This position will work together with the Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems.
Experience:
1. Preferred one to three (1 to 3) years of experience on a desktop support services team; healthcare experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
3. Experience specifying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft compatible end‐user computing platforms and peripherals running Microsoft Windows Operation Systems including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
4. Experience migration operating system versions and updating desktop images.
5. Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Patch Management, anti-virus and inventory management tools.
6. Excellent knowledge of computers and peripherals.
7. Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting iOS and Android-based mobile devices.
8. Strong customer service orientation, good written and oral communication skills, self-motivated and directed.
9. Working knowledge of managing tickets, follow-up actions and close issues.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage user expectations and potential risks.
11. Experience with patch management software.

Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field strongly desired or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
1. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of desktop, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and peripheral hardware.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hardware.
- Test and plan the deployment of new operating system releases, vendor patches and commercial software releases.
- Develop and document standardized user processes and procedures; “how-to” documentation.
- Provides proactive and advanced troubleshooting and analysis.
- Understands and accounts for interactions between technologies and applications.
- Responsible for maintaining ticket status and resolution information in ticketing system.
- Accountable for meeting established performance metrics which will be used in performance evaluations.
- Participates in on-call support rotation as specified by management.
