Job Summary:

Our ideal Senior Proposal Manager is a marketing leader embedded within the Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for all marketing tasks generated from the COE. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Project Interviews: Coordinate and prepare for interviews related to project pursuits, ensuring that all necessary materials and presentations are tailored to client expectations.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the COE's goals, focusing on enhancing the unit's visibility and competitiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Business Development team, to understand project requirements and craft compelling marketing deliverables.

  • Support Engagement and Influence Initiatives: Assist in the creation of thought-leadership materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and other content that aligns with the company’s Engagement and Influence initiative to strengthen industry positioning.
  • Support the COE’s Needs: Provide additional support to the COE for ad-hoc tasks or urgent marketing needs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and project goals.
  • Team Support: Support marketing coordinators and other team members as needed, leveraging department resources to enhance the execution of marketing tasks.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a representative of the COE in marketing and industry events, promoting the unit's capabilities and successes.

Preferred Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Over 5 years of construction industry experience managing projects from start-up to completion.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Director of Business Development and Marketing will lead all new business development, manage current business relationships, and manage the marketing program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING

  • Provide strategic oversight of marketing budget, digital platforms, and media presence, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement across Alaska.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts by analyzing Alaska’s construction landscape and translating insights into a forward-looking marketing strategy that reinforces organizational mission, vision, and growth objectives.
  • Set and direct enterprise-wide marketing policies and initiatives to strengthen Cornerstone’s brand, enhance visibility of services, and elevate the company’s reputation through promotion of past, current, and future projects.

Required

Technical Execution

Position Overview

Midland Country Club is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and service-driven Director of Catering and Conference Services to lead and elevate the Club's private events, weddings, tournaments, member functions and conference services operation. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering seamless, personalized and memorable event experiences that reflect the Club's standards of excellence.

The Director of Catering and Conference Services will oversee all aspects of event sales, planning, execution and post-event evaluation for a robust calendar of member and non-member events.
