The program will be introduced in conjunction with a new teaching clinic, located just outside of Knoxville, TN to attract the next generation of primary care providers to East Tennessee.
The 8-8-8 program is looking for visionary leaders to:

Responsibilities:
In a manner consistent and supportive of our values, the Primary Care Provider is responsible for delivering high quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. The Primary Care Provider is responsible for preventative care for the patients as their first point of contact and takes continued responsibility for providing the patient’s ongoing comprehensive care, focusing on their long-term health and well-being. The Primary Care Provider must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcome atmosphere.
Primary Care Essential:
1. Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including children ages 3 years and up.

Nurse Practitioners practice in our outpatient practices on a collaborative care team composed of a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers. Core Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional primary care.
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues.

Job Description
- Join a multifaceted team that covers the Cardiovascular ICU and the CV OR.
- The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)’s primary role will cover the cardiac surgery ICU.
- The APP will be trained to cover all aspects of the heart and vascular team.
- The APP will provide three 24-hour shifts per 2-week pay period.
- Performs routine and expanded job descriptions as listed in the provider's delegation agreement on file with the Maryland Board of Physicians or Maryland Board of Nursing. Under the direction of a physician, the APP will:

- Performs tissue handling including making incisions, retracting, dissecting, tying, ligating, stapling, suturing and providing hemostasis. Performs chest tube insertions and closes leg and chest incisions.
- Prepares and loads the vein on an Aortic Connector System for proximal anastomosis.
- Performs endoscopic or open harvesting of the radial artery during coronary artery bypass procedures and prepares radial artery for bypass.
Qualifications
- PAs: Bachelor’s degree, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program, and certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician’s Assistants are required. Candidates must hold an active Maryland license through the Maryland Board of Physicians.
- NPs: Bachelor’s degree, RN experience, and completion of Acute Nurse Practitioner degree. Candidates must hold an active Maryland license through the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Preferred 5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner providing direct care to patients preferably in a surgical program setting.

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $57,000 (Salary)

Join a service oriented, close-knit team providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a nationally recognized, evidence-based intervention to children and families in the KCMO area. The successful candidate for this position will work well independently, as the position is very autonomous with much flexibility in scheduling sessions. Caseloads are very manageable, as the FFT model supports caseloads of 10-14 families at a time.

Holy Cross Health is currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a busy, high-acuity vascular surgery service that will expose you to expand our patient access and provide coordination and continuity of care patients in Vascular Surgery. Holy Cross Health & Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) are seeking a Cardiac Physician Assistant genuinely interested in cardiothoracic surgery services to join our team located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
The selected candidate will have a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to inpatient care in partnership with our Cardiothoracic Surgeons. This candidate will manage the CVICU & CVIMC as well as the step-down unit patients.
Our practice specializes in adult cardiac surgery, Aortic surgery, Minimally Invasive Valve Surgery, Thoracic surgery, and Hybrid Maze procedure for the treatment of Atrial Fibrillation. Our practice also implants and manages ECMO and the Impella 5.5. The program participates in the STS Registry and aggressively benchmarks performance as part of an ever-vigilant quality and outcomes improvement program. The program strives to improve the cardiothoracic profession and is participating in the cutting-edge clinical research, development of new programs, and educational opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant medical license in FL; valid controlled substance registration with FL; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- 2 years inpatient Surgical Cardiac CV experience
- A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group.

- Client is seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty for their dual accredited ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program which started in 2015 with its first PGY1 class.
- Family Medicine Core Faculty members devote the majority (at least 60%) of their professional effort to the residency program in teaching, administration, scholarly activity, and patient care within the program.
- Provides care to patients at the assigned Family Practice Center.
