AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Specialist to join our established team supporting our DoD customer. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and with contract and government personnel to provide voice services support for a customer facility.


This role is onsite full-time at our customer's location in Columbus, OH.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Responsible for directing technical work on projects.
  • Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
  • Leads team in on-site management of installations.
  • Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
  • Assists in the development and management of project plans. This includes the review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules.
  • Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COR, and Program point of contacts to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Project Manager and customer.
  • Manage the assigned queue in ServiceNow and ensure that tickets and incidents are assigned and addressed within requirements.
  • Provide soft and hard phone installation and configuration.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:



  • Seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including experience in at least five projects in telecommunications and voice services. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
  • Experience with VoIP and POTS.
  • DoD Secret Clearance with a NACLC or T3 investigation

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Security+ CE Certification
  • CCNA Certification
  • Experience with soft phone solutions.

THE ROLE

Managing Work Tickets / Slips & Changes

  • The Superintendent shall proactively communicate with the PM, review subcontractor exhibits and negotiate with other foreman to mitigate field tickets and slips from being generating and exposing NEI to potential unnecessary costs.
  • Superintendent shall review, and ensure that no work is being performed without authorization or at a cost that has not been approved by the PM/PX.
  • The Superintendent shall maintain documentation to supporting such extra work and distribute accordingly.

Project Documentation

  • The Superintendent shall have a working knowledge of all project documentation and will coordinate and maintain documentation and their processes timely for such reports as daily reports, record drawings, SKs, Bulletins, Submittals, SCOs, ASIs. RFIs & CORs.
  • It is expected that the record drawings capture all SKs, RFIs ASIs and Bulletins in order that the most current information is real time and readily available.
  • The Superintendent will ensure that a log and/or files are kept onsite for SKs, ASIs, RFIs, Bulletins and submittals.
  • Maintain QC book for activities directly supervised.
  • Maintain FHA/ADA book for activities directly supervised.

Subcontractor Meetings

  • The Superintendent shall prepare for and conduct all subcontractor, safety, pre-construction and coordination meetings as required and scheduled in order to maintain the project schedule, project progress, a safe job site and ensure to minimize conflicts between trades without an impact or delay to the schedule

Project Close-Out

  • The Superintendent shall manage the project close-out process including obtaining all inspections required by all agencies (MEPS, Building, Fire Department, Health, Public Assembly).
  • The Superintendent is responsible for the completion, signoff and acceptance of the project punchlist by the Owner and Architect.
  • The Superintendent shall support and assist the PM with any closeout requirements on the project.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex construction projects with significant environmental, remediation, and heavy civil/sitework components. Position Purpose: Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Route Details:

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Harbor Freight route. All loads will begin in Tacoma, WA. Deliveries will be to Harbor Freight locations in Washington, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, California, and Montana. No-touch freight, the customer may ask to pallet jack the loads to the back of the trailer. This is a multi-stop route with an average of 18 stops per week. Drivers will be home on weekends. Drivers must have reliable transportation to work, as trucks cannot be taken home.

Do business with another Class A CDL holder.
Options to pick from: All-In Revenue: Select loads with an all-in rate – no need to calculate fuel or accessorials.
Percent of Revenue: Select loads with 65% of linehaul revenue and 100% of fuel surcharge and accessorial at load completion.

Self-dispatch: Pick your loads, home time, lanes and revenue.
Haul dry van trailers with 90% drop-and-hook freight at no charge while operating under Schneider’s authority.
