Founded in 2002, MedAesthetics International designs and manufactures professional aesthetic and wellness products, including LIGHTWAVE LED, ABI Dermaceuticals, and Topical Light Infusion. We focus on delivering integrated treatment solutions to professionals (B2B), that drive real results for providers and their clients.
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Client Growth & Success Manager to support and grow existing professional accounts, with a primary focus on ABI Dermaceuticals and Topical Light Infusion (TLI) consumable lines.
This is not a cold sales role. This position focuses on account management, reorder strategy, and client success—driving consistent consumable reorders and helping clients maximize treatment utilization tied to our systems.
The ideal candidate ensures clients are actively engaged, reordering consistently, and using our systems and products effectively. This role works closely with Customer Support to convert inbound needs into structured growth and long-term retention.
Primary Objective
Build and manage strong client relationships while maximizing revenue from existing accounts through consistent ABI and TLI reorders, increased product utilization, continued support and proactive account engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
* Manage a portfolio of existing established professional accounts
* Maintain regular contact with clients to drive engagement and retention
* Identify ABI and TLI reorder opportunities and proactively follow up
* Develop simple, repeatable reorder strategies for skincare and consumables
* Support clients in integrating TLI treatments with LIGHTWAVE systems to increase usage and results
* Reinforce treatment consistency to drive ongoing product consumption
Customer Success & Support
* Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
* Lead initial account onboarding, including basic training, setup guidance, and ensuring clients understand products, protocols and system usage
* Provide ongoing support for ABI, TLI, and LIGHTWAVE including answering day-to-day usage and product, protocol, and other general questions
* Handle inbound support needs and ensure timely, helpful responses
* Coordinate and manage additional training, refreshers, or escalations as needed to ensure ongoing client success
* Monitor account activity and flag at-risk or inactive clients, especially around reorder gaps
Order Support & Coordination
* Assist with order placement, reorders, and recommendations
* Work with Customer Support team on order processing and logistics
* Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, invoices, and pending orders
* Help resolve order-related issues when escalated
Opportunity Routing (Not Cold Sales)
* Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
* Route larger equipment opportunities (LIGHTWAVE systems) to senior sales when needed
* Support closing of add-on products, consumables, and reorder-based revenue
CRM & Account Tracking
* Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM (ACT or similar)
* Track reorder cycles and client engagement
* Maintain clear visibility into account status and next actions

Qualifications
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Organized and proactive with follow-up discipline
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* Comfortable discussing products, protocols, and treatment usage
* Customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term value
Preferred Experience
* Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or wellness industry
* Background in account management, customer success, or inside sales
* Familiarity with CRM systems and order workflows
Success Metrics
* Increase in reorder frequency (ABI / consumables)
* Revenue growth from existing accounts
* Account engagement (touchpoints, follow-ups)
* Reduction in inactive or churn-risk accounts
* Speed of follow-up on inbound or assigned accounts
* This role requires consistent follow-up and proactive account management. It is not a passive or reactive position.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to account growth and reorder revenue
* Paid time off
