Resolution Specialist
Job Description
Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Complaint Resolution Specialist to join their Customer Success Complaint Resolutions team in Tucson, AZ!
*This will be a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*
In this role, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer complaints for regulated products related to money movement. You will review and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while identifying trends in the complaint data.
Responsibilities:
- Review complaints in a timely manner related to money movement in federally regulated products
- Communicate with customers via email
- Prioritize recommendations for process improvement
- Document complaint cases in a timely manner
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success/customer experience
- Prior experience within banking or fintech is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and ChatGPT
