Assistant Project Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on exciting construction projects, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from planning to closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
- Set up construction site with trailer, fencing, etc.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports and submittals utilizing Procore.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A passion for the construction industry and a desire to grow.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of construction processes and software.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
