Exterior Sales Professional (Construction Experience Required)
Iron River Construction | Chaska, MN | Full-Time
Pay: $50,000-$150,000+ (Commission-Based)
Commission: 10% of Gross Sales · Uncapped
Iron River Construction is a well-established, growing exterior contractor with over 26 years in business. We're hiring experienced construction professionals who want serious earning potential and a long-term career—not a starter sales role.
What You'll Do

* Sell exterior projects: roofing, siding, windows, doors
* Work both insurance claims and retail projects
* Meet homeowners, create proposals, and close contracts
* Coordinate handoff to production and manage payments
* Handle insurance supplements when applicable
