Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Mason, MI. The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing budgets, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. The role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to effectively manage resources and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight in construction projects
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with construction software tools is a plus
