Your Day-to-Day:

• Keep Projects on Track: Coordinate kickoffs, procurement, and critical documentation to maintain momentum across project phases.
• Support with Precision: Manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and change orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive Communication: Lead the charge in facilitating meetings and ensuring clear, proactive communication across stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude with strong communication abilities.
