In this role you will be responsible for maintaining service performance, improving system reliability, and driving operational excellence across the SAP environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as the Service Owner for SAP, accountable for maintaining SAP service levels and overall platform performance.
• Lead efforts to reduce incident rates and improve operational stability.
• Participate in major incident on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.
• Review and improve the quality of production changes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and document defects and system issues, partnering with Product Owners to prioritize resolution.
• Maintain and organize SAP documentation to support operational processes and knowledge management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of SAP experience
• Strong working knowledge of: SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP FI/CO, SAP Basis, SAP GRC, SAP ABAP
• Familiarity with ITIL support practices, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Ability to work effectively in an outsourced or complex IT environment
• Experience working with legacy and modern computing architectures

As the Electric Project Manager, you will lead electric distribution and transmission construction projects from planning through close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle electric distribution and transmission construction projects including planning, estimating, permitting, engineering coordination, bidding, execution, and close-out
• Establish and maintain scope, schedule, and cost baselines; monitor performance and drive change management when needed
• Oversee contractor selection support and field construction activities to ensure safe, compliant, and quality execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, environmental, supply chain, land services, and construction management teams
• Monitor project budgets, forecast spend, manage invoicing, and provide accurate schedule updates
• Maintain strong working relationships with municipalities, local authorities, and internal stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing electrical and controls construction projects

This role is vital to growing WIMs impact and strengthening partnerships that empower youth across our community.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Outreach

• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract new mentors and mentees.
• Represent Wisdom In Motion at community events, schools, churches, and youth organizations.
• Conduct presentations, information sessions, and tabling events to promote WIM programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses, service clubs, and agencies to identify potential participants.
• Collaborate with WIMs communications team to share recruitment opportunities through social media, flyers, and newsletters.

2. Relationship Building & Community Engagement

• Cultivate partnerships with schools, community organizations, and civic leaders to strengthen referral networks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to keep them informed of events, volunteer needs, and program impact.
• Serve as a visible and approachable representative of WIM within the community.
