We are currently seeking a Director of National Accounts to lead strategic relationships with large-format retail partners with national accounts. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a consultative approach to business development. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in hard surface flooring—including luxury vinyl, hardwood, and bamboo—to develop tailored product solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Adairsville, Georgia, and includes periodic travel for client meetings, trade events, industry engagements, and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrich strategic relationships with major retail partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering tailored hard surface flooring solutions that align with their merchandising and business objectives
- Identify new opportunities to expand product placement and category growth within existing accounts
- Cross-functionally collaborate with product development, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain teams to support account strategies
- Represent the company at national trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategy and product positioning
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong margins and long-term client partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing key accounts within large retail or big-box environments
- 5+ years of experience selling hard surface flooring, including LVP (SPC/WPC); experience with hardwood and bamboo flooring is also highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, strategic approach to business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
