We are seeking an adaptive and creative Hair Accessory Product Developer with well-rounded design experience to join our dynamic fashion Accessories company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing all aspects of the design process—from concept through completion.
Our company designs and manufactures hair accessories, jewelry, and gift items for major department stores and retailers. We’re looking for a designer who can support our team with innovative ideas, hands-on sample making, and collaborative product development with our overseas suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support projects from concept to execution with consistent follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate closely with merchandisers, product developers, and other designers for account-specific presentations.

- Design and create samples—both hard and soft hair accessories—as well as jewelry components and recolors.

Essential Functions/Duties:
-Collaborate with sales, merchandising team members and management to create original private label products to meet customer expectations & deadlines and company objectives including but not limited to exceeding margin goals and increasing sales.
-Interpret inspirational research and trend & color direction from creative management to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive sales and fulfill specific customer needs. " Manage multiple seasons and customer lines consecutively.
-Maintain awareness of customer brands and account demographics to create appropriate merchandised products.
-Clearly and professionally present concepts and/or designs to sales / management during line reviews.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
-4-year Design degree or related experience
-3+ years Design experience in accessories or closely related product classification preferred.
-Tech pack experience required.
-Online work portfolio showcasing Tech pack experience REQUIRED.
-Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
