This position is primarily outpatient-focused, with an emphasis on pulmonary and sleep medicine, while also providing limited inpatient consultative and ICU coverage opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
Outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine:
o Diagnose and manage a range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary nodules.
o Provide evaluation and treatment for sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia.
o Interpret pulmonary function tests.
o Work closely with referring providers and respiratory therapists to optimize patient care.
Inpatient Consultative Services
o Provide pulmonary consultations for hospitalized patients on an as-needed basis.
o Work closely with the hospital’s medical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
ICU Coverage
o Participate in occasional ICU rounding or consults, offering critical care expertise.
o Collaborate with ICU nurses and physicians to manage critically ill patients as needed.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
o Partner with advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
o Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and hospital committees.
Documentation & Compliance
o Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records.
o Follow hospital guidelines for billing, coding, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MD or DO degree.
Board certified/board eligible in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine.
Additional Sleep Medicine certification or interest in sleep medicine is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
As a primary care Physician, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and physician examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a diverse patient population
- Develop individualized care plans focused on preventive care and disease management
- Order, interpret and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Prescribe medications and treatments consistent with current clinical guidelines
- Provide age-appropriate care, including adult and geriatric care (and pediatrics, if capable)
- Participate in transitions of care, including hospital follow-up and post-discharge management

We are looking for an experienced, patient-focused physician who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality care. This is a hands-on clinical role where you will function as the primary provider, managing a full urgent care patient panel independently.
*Clinical Responsibilities*
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and episodic medical conditions. Perform common urgent care procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, fracture management, wound care, and DOT physicals. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing including in-house labs and imaging.
Prescribe medications including controlled substances as clinically indicated. Provide patient education on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health. Document encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and a strong patient experience.
*Practice Environment*
Average patient volume of 3-4 patients per hour, supporting thorough evaluation, quality care, and complete documentation. Fully equipped clinics with on-site diagnostics and Experity EMR.
Established workflows and clinical protocols to support consistent, high-quality care delivery. Clinical leadership and network resources accessible when needed.
