Office Management:

The Opportunity

  • Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Urgent Care physicians.
  • BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.
  • Providers will be cross-credentialed at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares.

 

The Practice

Nestor Community Health Center – San Diego, California

  • Vituity and Imperial Health Centers are partnering to provide Urgent Care services as their two health centers.  The goal is to provide an integrated care model, providing patients with continuity of care in one place for their health journey.  The urgent care provides patients with the opportunity to seek and obtain episodic care.
  • Hours of Operation: Presently, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Point of Care Testing.
  • Supportive team.
