Responsibilities
Performs audit assignments for various banking and financial service entities, within established frameworks, and prepares detailed work papers and audit findings, which are submitted to the In-charge Auditor for review.
- Elicits information from all levels of staff in audited areas; shares findings with management for validation
- Perform special audits, projects or handle specific administrative tasks as assigned by Audit Management.
- Perform audit assignments for external auditors as needed

Responsibilities
GTC is looking for a VP, Associate Portfolio Manager, who will primarily support and help lead the firm's asset management functions. This role focuses on monitoring global markets and emerging risks, conducting and publishing multi-asset investment research, evaluating and managing external investment managers, and continuously enhancing proprietary research tools, data, and processes to support informed investment decisions. The Associate PM collaborates with the CIO and Director of Research, along with senior management, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment philosophy and process. Essential Duties:
- Collect past due Business Banking loans utilizing a phone, email, letters and occasional meetings.
- Use of the internet, pulling credit reports, tracking court cases and skip-tracing techniques to locate the borrower and/or collateral when necessary.

Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing and administering assigned accounts in a fiduciary capacity in accordance with account agreements, terms of legal documents, banking regulations, federal/state laws, and internal policies and procedures. Accounts will vary in nature, size, and complexity, but the types of accounts serviced include but are not limited to: custodial accounts, discretionary investment accounts, IRAs; estates; and various types of trusts including revocable, irrevocable, ILIT, supplemental needs, delegated, and testamentary. - Respond to inquiries or requests for information from clients/beneficiaries, accountants, attorneys, courts, interested parties, auditors, regulators, and internal Bank personnel, as appropriate.
- Document account files and systems to reflect client/beneficiary communications, instructions, and authorizations
- Work with portfolio managers (internally and externally) in the development and implementation of investment objectives and policy statements.
- Maintain updated account files and ensure trust accounting system reflects accurate coding for regulatory and risk management purposes.

This position is responsible for collecting delinquent loan accounts following standard policies and procedure while working under general supervision. Collector interacts with employees within Collections and other departments as well as branches to provide quality service, solve problems, and achieve goals.

A Commercial Banking Officer - Middle Market will perform a variety of duties to meet the commercial service needs of business customers and will include some lending authority. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for obtaining data from clients and following up; preparing quarterly and/or annual administration; preparing reports and tax forms and running various tests including ADP, ACP, etc.; checking and monitoring loan and distribution requests; handling IRS and internal client audits; assisting other Pension Administrators whenever necessary; and other duties.
- Request data from client and follow up as needed.
- Prepare quarterly and/or annual administration including trust accounting and computer work.
- Respond to client inquiries and develop client relationships.
- Prepare 5500 and ERISA report and accompanying tax forms for each plan.
- Prepare and run the following tests:ADP, ACP, 410(b) and other tests as required.
- Monitor 415 and 402(g) limits.
- Check distributions:Terminations, hardship withdrawals, in-service withdrawals, 70 .
- Check and monitor loan requests and prepare loan paperwork.
- Calculate annual employer profit sharing and year-end or true up matching contributions.
- Monitor incoming receipts of monthly, quarterly and annual information from the client and investment companies.
- Process Plan terminations.
- Review documents prepared by the Documents Team for new and restated Plans to the IRS.
- Review amendments as needed.
- Handle IRS and internal client audits.
- Check work of other Pension Administrators.
- Answer questions of other Pension Administrators.
- Cover for the other Pension Administrators.
- Assist in developing forms, procedures, and other materials.
- Research special questions, new rules and regulations.
- Ensure database reports are current.
- Monitor Plans to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Consult clients on rules and regulations surrounding the administration of QDROs.
- Be available for on-site client committee meetings and annual reviews.
- Assist the Sales Team with the completion of RFPs.
- Assist the Conversion Team with the set up of new clients.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Good customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be highly organized with an attention to detail.
- Must have solid project management experience and the ability to multitask.
- Must be knowledgeable with computers and have the ability to work well with others.
- A minimum of 3 years related experience necessary, as well as experience in Pension Plan Administration and Retirement Industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
The Commercial Banking Coordinator interacts with employees within and outside department to provide quality service, solve problems and achieve goals. Working under occasional supervision performs clerical and administrative services for Commercial Loan Officer(s).
- Prioritizes and organizes responsibilities to assure timely completion for all assigned duties.
- Assist commercial bankers and other commercial coordinators with coordination of loan documentation, scanning of loan documentation and sending packages to Loan ops following loan closings, etc. Assist with the follow up of incomplete, incorrect or missing documentation as required by bankers and administrative assistants.
- Creates and types memorandums, letters and other necessary documents for lenders.
- Screens incoming mail and telephone calls and routes as required.
- Establishes and maintains department files and records.
- Prepares manual and computer generated reports.
- Assures that assigned report and/or projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provides quality service to commercial loan customers e.g. receives and processes payments, responds to inquiries, etc.
- Other department duties include research, organizing meetings, making reservations and special projects.
- As an integral member of the Commercial Lending Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus one (1) year of additional specialized education or equivalent.

- Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
- Knowledge of loan forms, processes, and procedures with attention to detail.
- Minimum of three (2) years office experience, with at least Two (2) years working with lenders.
