What will you do?

• Deliver beverage and other products 
• Stock product in beverage storage; maintain inventory levels
• Report all needed repairs to the supervisor
• Keep work area and equipment neat and clean
• Empty trash containers 

More about you

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work cooperatively with team members
• Ability to read and interpret delivery forms and purchase orders
• Basic math skills for counting inventory
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, move, maneuver, or pull up to 165 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during entire length of shift
• Exposed to outdoors and hot and cold temperatures depending on the season
• Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment

Job Responsibilities

The Physician, as a leader of the care team, provides outstanding, comprehensive primary health to a panel of patients. The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of highest quality affordable care.

• Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with the patient centered medical home model.
• Provides continuous availability for medical and technical questions to our client patients, our patient care staff, and ancillary care providers.
• Provides after-hours coverage in rotation with other market clinicians.
• Actively participates in practice quality improvement programs and evaluation of practice performance metrics.
• Adheres to privacy, compliance, and quality programs and other regulatory and compliance standards of the Practice and the Crossover Medical Group. Complies with all policies, procedures, protocols and our Code of Conduct.
• Participates in implementation of new health technologies, products, services, and programs that establish Crossover as a recognized leader for employer-based health care
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, state-issued medical license for the state in which you will work (license must be active on date offer letter is signed and on first day of work)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current DEA Registration
• 3 Professional References

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years clinical practice experience
• Current Certification or active participation in the exam process leading to certification by a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Specialty Board.
• Experience providing primary care (longitudinal care to a defined panel of patients

As a Food and Beverage Runner, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible while responding to changing needs in the dining room.

What will you do?

• Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service information
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food; assist with the assembly of dishes
• Complete any required table-side service which may include taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness and organization

More about you

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions; may include walking up and down stairs
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
