The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the entire estimating and machining process from start to finish on individual projects, ensuring that parts are produced to the required specifications, within budget, and on time, by coordinating with management, machinists, and other departments to manage project timelines, quality control, and resource allocation across multiple projects simultaneously; essentially acting as the central point of contact for each project within the machine shop.
Key responsibilities of a CNC project manager:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Machine Operator 1 (MO1), a field based position, is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing company railway maintenance and inspection equipment. This position can operate Lorams on track MOW equipment and/or on track vehicles with supervision in both operating and travel modes. In this role you may be assigned to various types of equipment platforms dependent on business needs and demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years or more relevant production or manufacturing experience.
Previous experience operating a variety of saws, drill press, CNC machines, hand drills and other hand tools.

Quality Control Manager – Machine Parts

Shifts: 1st (7:00am–3:30pm), 2nd (3:00pm–11:30pm)
Position Overview
Leads quality control activities for precision-machined medical device components. Responsible for inspection planning, First Article and in-process inspections, nonconformance management, ISO compliance, ERP tracking, and mentoring quality staff across machining cells and shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee inspection plans across machining cells
- Perform and review First Article Inspections and in-process inspections
- Lead nonconformance investigations, MRBs, and corrective actions
- Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance
- Track quality data and documentation within ERP systems
- Train and mentor inspectors and machinists on quality standards
- Support internal audits and calibration programs
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years quality experience in precision machining environment
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience performing FAIs and in-process inspections
- Experience managing nonconformance and corrective actions
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems
- Ability to mentor and train quality personnel
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC or Swiss machining background
- Experience supporting audits and calibration programs
- ERP system experience in manufacturing setting
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
