• Prepare witnesses and assist in trial preparation.

• Take and defend depositions in commercial litigation proceedings.

• Argue motions and assist with courtroom advocacy.

• Develop case strategies and collaborate with litigation teams.

• Maintain client communication and provide litigation updates.

• Travel for trials, depositions, and hearings when required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney.

• Experience handling commercial litigation matters, including discovery, investigations, and motion practice.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Experience in related areas such as intellectual property, securities, or privacy litigation is beneficial.

• Judicial clerkship experience is encouraged but not required.
