Senior Family Law Paralegal

We are a Boutique Family Law firm, looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our growing Firm. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of family law experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Calendaring deadlines and tasks and making sure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time
• Drafting pleadings, including Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets, etc.
• Performing legal research
• Preparing the client and the file for mediation, hearings, and trials
• Preparing trial notebooks.
• Preparing and Responding to Discovery.

The annual salary for this position is between 85k-110k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
