The Role at a Glance:
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of processing of raw material to a finished product to support the daily production plans of the facility. The Assistant Plant Manager will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department, Quality Department, and Inventory & Warehouse Department to meet production demands. This role is the point person for production, quality, inventory, and sanitation activities and personnel.

- Develop and implement methods of achieving plant goals within established parameters.
- Foster a safe work environment and ensure that all safety policies are complied with, and hazards are addressed.
- Maintain and enforce monthly safety trainings; instilling company goal of zero accidents.
- Enforce consistent, fair, and inclusive employment practices.Collaborate with Human Resources to administer company policies and procedures, address labor needs, and resolve staffing issues.
- Communicate and monitor specific expectations for supervision and team members.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, SOP, EEO, OSHA, USDA, and other applicable laws and standards.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with USDA representatives, auditors, suppliers, and other management members.
- Perform other related responsibilities, as needed, to support business objectives.
- Manage 1-3 Supervisors directly and approximately up to 30 team members.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable State and Federal laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing employee issues and resolving problems.
- Daily communications with the Plant Manager.
- All issues or non-conformances related to quality assurance or food safety must immediately be reported to the Quality Assurance Manager or departmental supervisor/manager for communication with the Quality Assurance Manager.

- Bachelorโs degree in business, management or related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Cornerstone Building Brands is in the process of growing our market development (sales) team. As a Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for representing our top siding, stone and accessories brands (including PlyGem) to the decision makers closest to our products. You will travel in your market building relationships with primarily with contractors, but also potentially working with builders, architects, spec writers, etc. to pull through sales of our premier surface solutions. This role will partner closely with our field sales team and national accounts team and engage with our end customers to bring them to our points of sale with our distribution and retail partners.
Job Description
- In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic prospecting strategy to engage Cornerstone Building Brandโs contractors (second level customers buying through well established distribution partners)
- You will be the face of the contractor brand (Ply Gem) to our end users
- You will build relationships with remodelers, restoration professionals, roofers, custom home builders, local builders, sub-contractors etc.
- You will drive contractor engagement and develop your assigned market by converting new customers to our suite of premier exterior surfaces products and also driving loyalty by meeting with existing contractors to increase our share
- Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products (Vinyl Siding, Stone, Metal, Trim, Accessories) within the assigned geographical territory
- Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities
- Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager, both with in the territory and out of state for larger sales meetings throughout the year
- Evaluate competition, market share, regional trends and provide insights on pricing and programs to cross functional teams
- Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner with customer service, warranty and quality teams
- Collaborate with local distribution representatives to identify opportunities
- Work with counterparts in the Distribution Sales Team (Territory Sales Managers) to build robust and holistic go-to-market sales strategies to meet with prospects
- Identify whitespace opportunities within your territory and building relationships with contractors in those areas to make our products available
- Conduct local product training and introduce new products to contractors
Qualifications
- Successfully demonstrated sales and territory management skills
- Has successfully demonstrated ability to find, uncover and hunt for new customers
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and priority focus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prospecting skills โ engaging with existing distribution partners to drive deeper into assigned market to convert customers or expand and increase share with existing second level customers

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Travel required โ Majority of your work week will be spent in the field with customers; ~20% overnight travel and 2-3 industry/trade events may fall on weekends through out the year

- Product experience with exterior siding materials is a plus
- MS Dynamics and PowerBI reporting experience is a plus

Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $75,000 + commission + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Field Canvasser/Door-to-Door Marketing Representative
$30/hr + $200 commission for every lead converted!
Location: Greater Malvern, PA
Schedule:
- Part Time, 20- 25 hours estimated per week.
- Must be available for three 8-hour shifts each week between Monday - Saturday and between the hours of 7:30am - 5pm (daylight hours only); hours are subject to change as shift duration varies based upon route availability. Schedule is agreed upon during the offer process.

Role and Responsibilities
- Using company-provided technological solutions to track daily activities consistently and thoroughly through CRM.

Pay Range

The Opportunity

The Opportunityย
- Responsible for supporting, organizing, conducting, and directing the Vituity HEART Thoracic Donor Organ Transplant Recovery Program.
- This role encompasses liaison activities between Administration, the Surgical Staff, the Medical Staff, performance measurement, protocol development, research, and quality improvement activities for the procurement of donor Heart and Lung grafts for thoracic transplantation.
- Responsible for the recovery of donor Heart and Lung grafts for the Heart and Lung Transplant Program in keeping with the policies, rules, and regulations of Vituity-contracted Hospital Systems, clients, and its medical and surgical staff.
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable State, Federal, and local laws, policies, and regulations.
- Aid in compliance with International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation, (ISHLT), United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), surveys, and laboratory data collection.
- Help in preparation for federal, state, or JCAHO inspections.
- Collaborate with physicians and Thoracic Transplant Program team members to promote the concepts and practice of Quality Assurance by linking improvement activities, education, and information.
- Facilitate appropriate financial and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with hospital to ensure adequate training of nursing staff and clinical transplant coordinators in the care of donor thoracic transplant patients.
- Ensure that tissue typing and organ procurement services are available.
- Ensure that heart and lung transplant procurement is performed by, or under direct supervision of, a qualified surgeon.
- Participate in hospital and Medical Staff committees dealing with thoracic transplant donor issues.
- Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions and attend applicable safety education sessions.
- Review operations, policies and procedures, and staff education and training, including a disaster preparedness plan.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Board Certified/Eligible Thoracic Surgery physicians required.
- Valid license to practice medicine in one of the contiguous United States required.
- Providers who graduated from a Thoracic training program before 1990 and has at least seven (7) yearsโ experience in Thoracic Transplant Surgery will be considered.
- Providers who are newly graduated within the time specified by the American Board of Medical Specialists and Medical Staff by-laws will be considered.
- Maintain appropriate current professional knowledge in the care of Thoracic Transplant patients by obtaining at least 12 CMEs in Thoracic OR Surgery every three years and an additional training of one year formalized training in thoracic transplantation required.
- A minimum of two years documented experience with a transplant program that meets the qualification for UNOS membership required.
- Experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient care responsibility for an optimum of 20 and minimum of 10 heart transplants for adults required.
- Experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient care responsibility for an optimum of 20 and minimum of 10 lung transplants in a UNOS approved transplant program required.
- Cumulative experience of at least 20 thoracic transplants over more than two years required.
- Maintain current knowledge in the care of thoracic transplant patients by obtaining a minimum of 12 CMEโs in thoracic transplantation AND/OR Thoracic surgery every three years required.
- Additional training of one year formalized training in thoracic transplantation OR a minimum of two yearsโ documented experience with a thoracic transplant program that meets the qualification for UNOS membership preferred.

The Opportunityย

The Opportunity
- Oversee quality and safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital quality personnel to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement projects to improve service excellence and patient experience.
- Compare patient feedback survey results to Vituity state/region averages and national benchmarks.
- Respond to written and verbal patient complaints in a timely manner utilizing service-recovery techniques.
- Track and trend patient complaints, including the QI director as necessary in concerning cases.
- Train and mentor providers in patient experience techniques.
- Coordinate with hospital-patient experience personnel.
- Coordinate efforts with key leaders in central operations. Participate and lead multidisciplinary meetings involving nursing, providers, and ancillary services.

- Establish and actively manage an inventory of resources available for patients to assist in transition post-ED/post-inpatient. ย Ensure best practices are utilized regarding handoffs for all transitions.
- Monitor site financial performance and identify and create new areas for growth and revenue.
- Develop an expertise and understanding of the yearly budget, financial performance measures and monitoring systems, and billing and reimbursement issues / systems.
- Improve patient census and billing practice statistics to optimize reimbursement for the practice.
- Maintain awareness and interactions with payers such as significant IPAs, Medical Groups, Foundations, and ACOs associated with the hospital / health system.

Required Experiences and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.
- Maintain membership and privileges on Hospitalโs medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of Hospitalโs medical staff where services are being provided required.
- Physician Partnership status required.
- Superior clinical skills to serve as role model by setting high standards preferred.
- Administrative experience and aptitude preferred.
- Interest in interpreting complex financial data and with understanding of finance and accounting as they relate to practice management preferred.
