We’re Hiring: Executive Administrative Assistant | Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
12 Months Contract with possible extension
We’re looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. If you thrive on organization, multitasking, and keeping teams running smoothly — this role is for you.
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid – Fridays remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Strong possibility of extension)
Note: Local candidates only (no relocation)
Previous Client experience required
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, resolving conflicts and prioritizing effectively
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
- Plan and execute meetings & events (offsites, team sessions, leadership meetings)
- Handle expense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
- Prepare presentations, documents, and communications
- Support team operations, projects, and culture initiatives
- Act as a key liaison across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiables)
- Expert-level calendar management (Outlook, complex scheduling)
- Experience supporting senior executives & diverse teams
- Strong event planning & travel coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of administrative experience (education not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Zoom / MS Teams
- Bonus: Experience with Keynote, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot
