What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in window and door sales (or closely related architectural products)
- Strong, active network within the building, architecture, or design community
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and generating consistent revenue
- Highly self-sufficient—able to operate independently without training or micromanagement
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
- Professional presence with the ability to engage high-end clientele
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain partnerships with builders, architects, designers, and developers
- Drive new business across market
- Manage high-value, project-based sales from initial conversation through close
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the luxury residential and custom home space
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
Compensation
