The Role

We are looking for a hands on architectural professional who can personally produce construction documents, obtain standard/master plan approvals, and support construction in the field.

This is not a corporate management role and not a design only role. It is a practical, execution-focused position for someone who understands production homebuilding and can take ownership from concept through approval and construction support.

You will work directly with ownership and the construction team to ensure plans are accurate, buildable, and approved quickly across Phoenix area jurisdictions.

REQUIRED — Phoenix Master Plan Experience

Applicants must have direct experience obtaining standard/master plan approvals within the Phoenix metropolitan area and working with local municipalities (Phoenix, Scottsdale, etc.).

Candidates without recent local experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Documents & Plan Production

• Produce full architectural construction documents (permit ready CD sets)
• Convert floor plans into detailed production drawings
• Adjust and refine floor plans for build-ability, efficiency, and site conditions

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $88,560 - $108,240 annually. 4. Territory & Market Strategy

Analyze the Memphis-area healthcare landscape, including referral patterns, competitors, and emerging specialty service needs.

Qualifications

Required:

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (or compact license with TN eligibility).

2+ years of clinical experience in acute care, specialty clinic, infusion, oncology, or related settings.

Prior experience in healthcare marketing, liaison, physician relations, or business development.

Demonstrated experience using Instagram or similar platforms for professional, brand, or organizational promotion.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel routinely within the Memphis metro area and surrounding markets.

The position of Construction Manager will support the Development Department by overseeing and managing construction projects within our retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, specifically within the retail sector, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. This position will be based in our corporate office in Santa Ana, but also requires time out in the field visiting sites for quality control and troubleshooting purposes. Travel will be within the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Review landlord work letters, drawings, specifications, and constructability for compliance and feasibility.
• Perform project assessments to verify existing conditions, define required improvements, and prepare scope and budget summaries.
• Develop preliminary project budgets, conduct cost analyses, coordinate value engineering, and optimize costs against market benchmarks.
• Manage and track construction costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets, contracts, scopes, and industry standards.
