Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly (DOE)

Levels Available: Technician I, II, III

Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours and rotating days with day rate differential.

A-Shift 6AM-6PM – Sunday-Wednesday

B-Shift 6PM-6AM – Sunday-Wednesday

C-Shift 6AM-6PM – Wednesday - Saturday

D-Shift 6PM-6AM – Wednesday - Saturday

Location: Wilmer, TX 75172

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Manufacturing Equipment Technicians to support daily operations, maintenance, and process improvements in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and ensure proper operation of process equipment.
• Maintain manufacturing processes, develop work instructions, and provide training to team members.
• Respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend improvements.
• Record daily operations and maintenance activities accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
• Support engineers with special projects and provide on-site technical guidance.
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives and propose process enhancements.
• Complete all assigned tasks, including special projects from management.
• Mandatory participation in a training program in Southeast Asia and China.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on work experience (experience in solar module or semiconductor industry preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Commitment to learning and continuous skill development.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
