Job Title: Store Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Direct Reports: FT Sales, PT sales/ stock
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead store teams to achieve / exceed Retail Net Sales Plans through training and coaching.
- Create an outstanding service/ customer experience culture.

- Complete weekly and monthly reports, incorporating both quantitative data and qualitative insights (soft data) that are not captured in standard reporting, to provide a comprehensive overview of store performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing on planning and execution of all Events
- Work closely with the Visual Director on Weekly / Monthly Floor sets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute business plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales plans.
- Create an environment focused on excellent customer experience.
- Communicate with General Manager and corporate partners weekly on state of the business / needs in Weekly Recap
- Ensure stock levels are healthy and monitor based on business needs; Biweekly OTB review.
- Work with VIP clients and manage clienteling efforts.
- Partner with PR and Marketing to plan weekly/ monthly in Store Events
- Adhere to and work on further developing all store operation policies and procedures.
- Suggest and work on ways to drive sales (plan events, make merchandise changes)
- Maintain Visual and Floor Merchandising standards.
- Maintain organized BOH, partner weekly with Logistics.
- Submit weekly reorder requests to General Manager

Required Skills:
- At least 4-6 years of management experience in the retail industry with a proven history of successfully managing a store team.
- Desire to inspire others and lead a culture of customer service champions; results oriented and sales driven.
- Expertise in store operations and logistics
- Training, coaching, recruiting, planning, organizational, and performance management skills; team player

This role leads the design, marketing, and implementation of middle‑market insurance programs for complex clients. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic risk transfer decisions and owning the client relationship from initial planning through renewal. How You Will Contribute
- Own and manage an existing book of business while supporting new client opportunities, with full responsibility for client strategy, retention, and growth.
- Lead the end‑to‑end renewal and new business processes, including market strategy, claims review, gap analysis, coverage specifications, exposure analysis, and negotiation with underwriters to deliver optimal programs for clients.

- Monitor the risk transfer and service delivery process, including binder issuance, policy issuance reviews, and ongoing service accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and other service providers, staying current on market conditions, coverage innovations, and emerging risks.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client requests, delegating responsibilities as appropriate and ensuring timely follow‑through and resolution.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to teammates by providing performance‑related feedback and supporting professional development efforts.

Licenses & Certifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).

Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- 8+ years of industry experience, licensed as a Producer of Property & Casualty in the applicable state, with ongoing participation in continuing education to maintain credentials.
- Strong technical knowledge across assigned products, coverages, services, pricing, placement strategies, regulations, and benefits, with the ability to apply that knowledge to complex client situations.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with executives, clients, and carrier partners. Demonstrates strong listening skills and thoughtful questioning to enhance understanding.
- High attention to detail combined with strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Participate with the Project Principal, Managing Director – Retail, and Director of Construction on the site plan, budget model, and schedule for potential new developments.
- Assist with site investigations documenting pre-construction conditions.
- Identify any potential issues that may incur additional project costs to overcome (e.g., grading, storm water quality or quantity control, wetlands, floodplains, easements, access, utilities, entitlements).
- Maintain critical dates, schedule, and document management to track the due diligence/inspection process.
- Review and analyze project documents including construction plans and specifications, due diligence documents, utility agreements, and municipal code.
- Familiarity with permitting and entitlement.
- Travel required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
- Qualified candidates without the relevant experience will have the opportunity for training and practical learning.
- 0 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, site planning, and land development preferred.
- Knowledge of site planning, site engineering, and storm water design and management.
- Knowledge of site development (i.e. conceptual site planning, entitlements, due diligence, engineering).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Visio, Site Ops, SketchUp, and Yardi is a plus.
