This is a full-time, outdoor, face-to-face sales role where your effort directly impacts your income.
What You'll Do
* Work in parking lots, neighborhoods, and local businesses to identify customers with windshield damage
* Speak directly with drivers and educate them on insurance-covered replacements
* Guide customers through a simple claim and scheduling process
* Close sales on the spot and set next-day service
* Hit weekly performance targets and contribute to team growth
* Represent Flux with confidence, professionalism, and energy
