About the Role:
The Plant General Manager (GM) holds full responsibility for all plant operations and support functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, healthy, cost-competitive, and high-quality seafood to our consumers and customers. This role is accountable for achieving the plant operations budget, including CapEx and COGS, while driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, environmental performance, and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. The GM also plays a critical role in maintaining transparency and alignment with Regional (COSI / Pittsburgh) and Global (TU / Bangkok) teams, and in leading strategic initiatives that improve processes, develop people, and enhance performance.
With direct oversight of cross-functional leaders, including Production, Planning/Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, IT/Digital, SHE, and Quality, the GM ensures effective collaboration across internal functions such as Corporate Supply Planning & Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, QA, Legal, HR, and Communications, as well as with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. This role serves as the operational voice of the plant and communicates results, risks, and strategic priorities to the broader Ambient BU.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Direct end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, materials, labor, quality, and capital needs.
- Evaluate and enhance plant efficiency and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
- Ensure plant performance is transparent and aligned with Regional and Global leadership expectations.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute plans to meet critical business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, expenditure approval, financial variance analysis, and gap-closing action plans.
- Lead the plantβs contribution to continuous improvement and world-class operational performance.
People Leadership:
- Set hiring, performance, and development expectations for all plant departments.
- Provide training and corrective action plans to improve competency (knowledge, skills, and attitudes).
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, and development across all levels.
- Maintain positive labor relations and support leadership growth aligned with company values.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, BRC).
- Review audit results and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of accountability and safety excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant personnel, regulatory bodies, local suppliers, vendors, and community leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Global/Regional Operations teams.
- Ensures effective collaboration across internal functions such as Corporate Supply Planning & Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, QA, Legal, HR, and Communications, as well as with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
Qualification:
Required:
- 7β10 years of experience in food production
- Over 5 years of senior plant management and leadership experience
- Technical degree in Engineering, Business, or Food Science
- Strong understanding of plant management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven experience in leadership, goal setting, action planning, performance appraisal, and driving results
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Preferred:
- Experience with BRC or SQF quality systems
- Background in TPM, Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance
- Experience with canning, seaming, retort/sterilization, packaging, or ready-to-eat food production

Overview

About the Team
Alloy addresses the identity risk challenges faced by companies offering financial products, empowering them to outpace fraud and confidently serve a global customer base. Our new Strategic Fintech Account Executive will lead end-to-end sales efforts to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Strategic segment, targeting a variety of fintech companies. This role also collaborates closely with our Customer Success team to drive deeper adoption of Alloy solutions across our existing client portfolio, leveraging upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize customer value and product engagement.

- Identify high-potential companies and implement prospecting strategies to engage their interest in Alloy
- Build on and develop a strong network within the fintech community in the US

Who we're looking for
Reporting to the US Fintech Manager, Alloy is looking for an eager-to-learn, resourceful and results-focused player, preferably with 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS platform sales. We require an entrepreneurial and driven account executive who can balance scrappiness with strategic thinking and can help continue to grow Alloyβs presence in the Fintech market.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $130,000 to $165,000 on a 50/50 base + commission structure.

We are seeking a strategic Account Leader to own and grow relationships with our largest Tech & Services Agency clients. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, driving longβterm value, retention, and growth across the Skai platform with our largest Advertisers.
In this role, you will lead a team of Client Success Managers and oversee account strategy and performance with a primary focus on Paid Search, while also supporting Retail Media and Paid Social. Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your aligned Agency clients
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and Agency clients executives
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

The Role
Weβre looking for a Head of Legal to build and own the legal function end-to-end. Youβll be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, while also rolling up your sleeves to handle the day-to-day legal work of a high-growth consumer company.
You'll set the legal foundation that allows the company to move fast and responsibly.
In this role, you will:
- Own all legal matters across the company, including product, commercial, corporate, and regulatory work, collaborating closely with company leadership and external counsel where needed
- Advise leadership on corporate governance matters, maintain proper corporate records, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Translate legal complexity into clear, practical guidance for non-legal teammates
- Develop processes to scale your work, ensuring appropriate legal coverage with lean operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements, ensuring terms that protect the company's interests
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks across the company, working closely with Product Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams
- Develop and oversee privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations across various jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), working closely with external counsel as needed
- Support new product launches, features, and monetization models (payments, refunds, chargebacks, promotions, contests, marketing/influencer/brand deals, etc.)
- Manage intellectual property strategy and protection, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, working closely with our external counsel
- Oversee employment law matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies, working closely with our external counsel
- Collaborate with and manage external legal advisors for specialized legal issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations
- Identify and proactively manage legal and regulatory risk as the company scales
- Own incident response for legal issues (complaints, disputes, demand letters, etc.)
- Build smart, startup-friendly compliance processes (not bureaucracy)
- Support the CEO in fundraising activities, including helping to manage investor relations
You're likely a good fit if:
- You have a JD from an accredited law school; (CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required)
- Youβve been admitted to practice law in New York
- You have 8-12 years of experience in a legal role, with a mix of top law firm experience and in-house experience at a venture-backed startup
- You have demonstrated experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance
- Youβre pragmatic, business-minded, and able to balance risk with speed
- You know when to handle matters in-house vs. outsource
