• Current, active RN license — Illinois licensure required (candidates must already hold IL license)
  
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  
• Current certification/recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRNA (perioperative nurse anesthetist experience preferred)
  
• Ability to work effectively within an MD-supervised anesthesia care team
  
• Strong clinical judgment, perioperative assessment skills, and clear communication

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patient readiness for anesthesia in the perioperative setting
  
• Obtain and verify patient consent and required documentation
  
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and perioperative plans with patients and the care team
  
• Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia for scheduled procedures
  
• Continuously monitor physiologic status and respond to changes in patient condition
  
• Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety and stability
  
• Document anesthesia care accurately and promptly in the iPro electronic charting system
