Job Summary

The Senior Photo Art Director will lead the conception, design, and execution of compelling visuals to support various fragrance launch campaigns. This role requires a creative leader who can bring ideas to life across global advertising, social media, in-store video, point-of-sale materials, and other branded digital content. Additionally, this candidate should possess strong on set direction of product photoshoots as well as pre and postproduction skills. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with executive and marketing teams while managing their own workload, collaborating effectively, and contributing with a positive, team-oriented mindset.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present compelling visual concepts that align with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage creative projects independently with strong organizational skills; effectively incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
  • Source and secure appropriate talent for projects, including negotiating photo contracts with artists and their representatives. Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient, on-time, and on-budget execution.
  • Lead on-set production with a confident creative vision, guiding teams to elevate the quality of output.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and project leads to establish and maintain cohesive artistic direction throughout all phases of a project.
  • Propose innovative, digital-first content ideasβ€”including animations and short-form videosβ€”that reflect current trends and brand identity.
  • Must be a leader for technology and utilize AI platforms to develop creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital-first thinking into all creative initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support overall project and team success.


Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in digital or marketing driven environments.
  • Heavy photoshoot experience is a must within the fragrance (highly preferred) or beauty industry.
  • Very adept and fluent in AI and CGI technology.

In this role, the Producer will perform a specialized project management role and oversee multiple, large- and small-scale projects bringing creative visions to life. He / She will possess an understanding of video, stills, post-production and render content creation.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

ο‚· Oversees and lead multiple production projects at once, from intake to delivery. Projects may include multiple mediums or facets including print, video, digital, social.

ο‚· Accountable to project budget adherence and deadlines.

ο‚· Lead liaison between ITC and Beacon studio for all CGI/Render projects

ο‚· Perform quality assurance on all projects as necessary. Ensure brand standards are being met and group teams as needed to address any challenges.

ο‚· Creates and tracks estimates and timelines. Oversees pre-production and production in totality, based on best practices, to complete our business partner’s objectives.

ο‚· Coordinate’s studio resources, internal and external and provides logistical support, as needed for each project - including but not limited to crew, talent, product, set, location, props and production (and post-production as needed).

ο‚· Coordinate’s studio pre-production meeting components including set completion, propping and product installation.

ο‚· Serves as the primary project liaison between campaign, channel, creative and project management teams.

ο‚· Facilitates clear, constructive, and on-going communication including schedule, project and budget updates.

ο‚· Maintains roster of production resources including contractors, photographers, talent agencies, stylists, etc.

ο‚· Maintains and updates production databases, calendars, and Workfront.

ο‚· Coordinates travel arrangements for talent and crew. Prepares call sheets for set and location photography projects.

ο‚· Negotiates model / talent fees, usage rights and associated costs, based on the business or project needs.

ο‚· Completes and submits all talent, property and inventory releases for production. Secures / verifies permits as needed. Verifies usage and fees.

ο‚· Key contact for legal and procurement to ensure all contracts and invoices adhere to policies.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

ο‚· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, film / video. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an in-house producer, line producer, agency producer or comparable production experience.

ο‚· Must be organized, skilled at simultaneous management of multiple projects, and understand all aspects of photo and video production and post-production. This includes a cursory understanding of the equipment, hardware and software needed.

ο‚· Must be an exceptional communicator able to confidently explain estimates, production schedules and production specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.
