Fabulous Position for Mandarin speaking executive assistant
A very busy and philanthropic family office is looking to add an Executive assistant to their team.They fund a diverse array of projects across three continents from Taiwan, Mexico and USA. You will be directly working for the family and handling the business and the foundation, so it is important that you speak Mandarin and are comfortable with financial reports. This is an amazing opportunity to work one of the most philanthropic families, helping to build Los Angeles back from the fires. Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
