Job Description

Croft House is a Los Angeles–based, design-driven furniture studio creating modern heirloom pieces from natural materials like solid wood, steel, and leather. Every piece is built in small batches by a dedicated local team, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, material honesty, and timeless California-modern design. We’re a tight-knit group that cares deeply about what we make and how it gets to our customers, and we’re looking to add a Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator who will play a key role in that final, crucial step of the journey.

We offer competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and sick time, and a generous employee discount.

// Role

As a Design and Sales Associate at Croft House, you’ll work directly with clients—primarily interior designers as well as individual customers—to guide them through the process of selecting and personalizing pieces for their projects and spaces. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that blends design, sales, and project management.

You’ll lead conversations in the showroom and over email, helping clients reach design solutions that meet their vision and needs and live within the Croft House aesthetic. This isn’t transactional sales—we’re looking for someone who is thoughtful in their recommendations, understands how to ask the right questions, and takes pride in helping clients arrive at the right solution, not just the easiest one.

Each project comes with its own set of details, so strong organization is key. You’ll manage multiple orders at once, track specifications and timelines, coordinate with our production team on custom pieces, and keep clients informed throughout the process. Attention to detail and follow-through are critical to ensuring that what we deliver matches what was promised.

Beyond individual projects, you’ll build and maintain relationships with interior designers and repeat clients, represent the Croft House brand in every interaction, and contribute to a positive, collaborative showroom environment. You’ll also stay closely connected to our evolving collection—developing a strong understanding of our materials, capabilities, and design language.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and genuinely interested in design. You’re comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once, communicating clearly with clients and teammates, and taking ownership of your work from initial conversation through final order. Above all, you care about doing things thoughtfully and well—both in how you guide clients and how you represent the Croft House brand.

  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and navigating challenges without constant direction
