Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to
join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving
business development and managing key client accounts. Your expertise
in Precious Metal IRA sales, negotiation, and technical sales will be
essential in fostering strong relationships with clients and achieving sales
targets.
Responsibilities
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while
identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with
promotional campaigns and market trends.
● Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while
ensuring satisfaction and retention.
● Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing
client inquiries and demonstrating product capabilities.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic
decision-making.
● Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
that encourages professional growth.
Experience
● A minimum of 3 years of experience in closing Precious Metals
IRAs.
● Proven track record of success in negotiation, business
development, and achieving sales goals.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team
members toward shared objectives.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an
emphasis on building rapport with clients.
● Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating sales data and market
trends to drive informed decisions.
