Our platform makes it simple for agents to discover builder inventory, book appointments, and generate sales—all while helping builder reps drive more traffic to their models and build stronger relationships with agents.

We’re expanding rapidly across Texas and are seeking a Builder Liaison to be the face of New Home Buddy in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Role Overview

As a Builder Liaison, you’ll serve as the bridge between builders, their sales reps, and local real estate agents. Your mission is to drive adoption of the New Home Buddy platform by:

  • Training builder sales reps on how to use New Home Buddy in their daily workflow.
  • Hosting and supporting events that generate agent traffic to builder models.
  • Building trust and long-term value with builder reps and their leadership teams.
  • Tracking platform adoption and ensuring measurable ROI for all stakeholders.

This role is field-based and relationship-driven—you’ll spend time in model homes, brokerages, and local events, actively growing the New Home Buddy footprint in San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Builder Sales Reps: Conduct model home visits, demonstrate platform benefits, and overcome objections with confidence.
  • Drive Traffic to the Model: Support builder reps in attracting more real estate agents and buyers, including lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and brokerage sponsorships.
  • Train & Support: Provide hands-on platform training for builder reps and ensure they integrate New Home Buddy into their day-to-day workflow.
  • Build Value & Trust: Establish strong relationships with builder reps and leadership by highlighting ROI and success stories.
  • Host Events: Lead trainings, happy hours, and workshops that increase agent adoption and builder visibility.
  • Track Performance: Monitor KPIs such as agent connections, appointments booked, and deals closed through New Home Buddy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in new home sales, real estate, or builder relations.
  • Strong presentation and training skills—comfortable leading groups and 1:1 demos.
  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on networking and community engagement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a field-based role across multiple builder accounts.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, mobile apps, and virtual trainings.
