You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.β―

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).β―
How you will contributeβ―
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).β―
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.β―
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.β―
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.β―
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.β―
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.β―
What you bring to Takeda:β―
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirementsβ―
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certificationβ―
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapyβ―

You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.β―
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.β―
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.β―
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.β―

POSITION SUMMMARY: The Senior Account Executive (Sr. AE) is a senior, quota-carrying sales leader responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with Data Center Operators, Hyperscalers, and large enterprise customers across one or more priority data center markets. This role owns the full sales lifecycle-from strategic account planning and opportunity origination through deal structuring, contract execution, and long-term account expansion-selling complex, multi-disciplinary data center services including White Space Fit-Out, Commissioning, Controls, Low Voltage, Capacity Recapture, MEP Staff Augmentation, and Lifecycle Services

Key Responsibilities - Strategic Account Ownership
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of Tier-1 and Tier-2 data center accounts, including operators, hyperscalers, and large enterprise customers

- Establish executive-level relationships (Director, VP, and C-Suite) across customer organizations

Revenue & Growth Execution
- Consistently achieve or exceed annual bookings and gross-profit targets
- Originate, qualify, and close complex opportunities
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Delivery and Services lines of business
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal qualification standards
Complex Deal Leadership
- Lead the full pursuit process including discovery, solution shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
- Partner closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to deliver technically and financially sound proposals
Market & Relationship Development
- Represent the company in the local and national data center ecosystem, including industry events, operator forums, and partner meetings
- Collaborate with OEMs, GCs, ECs, developers, and design partners to influence early project positioning
- Provide market intelligence on customer buying behavior, competitor activity, and emerging service demand
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a senior commercial leader and role model within the sales organization
- Mentor junior sellers or inside sales partners supporting assigned accounts
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment between sales commitments and delivery execution

Summary
Working in coordination with the other members of the Center Leadership Team and under Direction of the Regional Medical Directors, the Center Medical Director shall deliver the highest quality healthcare in an efficient, affordable, and caring manner. The Center Medical Director drives daily center execution following the industrial athlete model, inspires colleague accountability to provide superb patient and employer experience, and is responsible for the assigned clinicβs daily medical functions. The Center Medical Directorβs leadership combines broad vision with a critical eye for internal operations and quality assurance. The Center Medical Director contributes to the success of MBIβs business strategy by providing deep subject matter expertise as appropriate, ensuring medical operations are meeting key performance indicators, educating clinical staff, and helping drive business growth and retention at the Center level.

Patient Care/Customer Experience/Quality
- Delivers direct patient care both in clinic and via tele-medicine according to the established principles of clinical practice and the current organization plan or need.
- Ensuring integrity of all clinical procedures, documentation, and the maintenance of up-to-date protocols, including risk management.
- Ensures day-to-day execution of quality care, and customer and colleague satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
- Utilizes Evidence Based Medicine with a focus on early intervention and patient empowerment/responsibility. Creates an appropriate treatment environment and ensures documentation and billing are clear, relevant, accurate, and thorough.
- Works with Regional & State Medical Directors to manage clinical staffing, scheduling, and operations, in order to optimize patient outcomes while meeting key performance indicators.
- Strives to execute Center goals to build customer loyalty. Serves as the primary contact point for Employers/Clients with questions regarding the medical care of the injured employee.
- Responds quickly and professionally to requests of employer clients, including on site tours and educational presentations.
- Supervises pre-employment testing program, including working with Sales and Clinic Administrator to facilitate new client set up process.
Leadership/People Development
- Leader of the Medical Center, alongside the Center Administrator. Provides Centerβs clinical and quality oversight. Identifies clinical improvement opportunities and works with clinical leadership to improve.
- Leverages clinical guidance for resolving provider quality issues.
- Attends and co-leads weekly Clinic Leadership Team βCLTβ meetings.
- Assesses strengths and developmental opportunities of medical providers. Provides access to training and incentive plan information (where applicable) to enhance colleague performance.
- Fosters a βcommunity of Practiceβ through peer-based learning and interaction with clinical colleagues.
- Provides input into the design and implementation of educational programs for patients, employers, and medical staff.
- Shapes the culture of the Medical Center. Consistently recognizes individual performance and encourages progression. Motivates and inspires team to higher levels of engagement, productivity, and personal achievement. Provides regular, timely guidance/feedback.
- Building trust within the clinical team, leading by example; makes choices that are consistent with MBI ethical principles; is emotionally intelligent; manages self and relationships effectively.
- Facilitates resolution of interpersonal and performance issues of medical providers at the Center.
- Supervision: provides peer review of junior providers including periodic chart reviews and feedback sessions that focus on maintaining the highest standards of patient care, documentation, and accurate billing/coding.
- Training of MA support staffβs clinical skills.
Growth And Financial Analysis
- Builds relationships with new and existing clients. Provides onsite tours of the clinic and discusses the MBI model treatment model to gain trust and grow the client base.
- Reviews Center financial performance and KPIβs with the CA to ensure optimal results and implement action plans, as needed.
- Works with Regional and State Medical Directors regularly to understand all financial aspects of the clinicβs productivity (practice patterns, referrals, scheduling, patients per hour, P&L etc...).
- Ensures level of service/coding is being optimized for every visit and is supported by appropriate documentation
Supervision
- Supervisory responsibility for all Physicians, APPs, Radiology Techs and Medical Assistants in the Center.
- Supervision includes yearly written evaluations, assessment, definition, and/or modification of individual job duties of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
- Collaboration with CA for annual reviews of Medical Assistants and X-ray Technicians.
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted Colorado Medical Licensure with no active stipulations.
- Active full DEA license.
- Current BLS certification.
- FMCSA certified for DOT exams within 90 days of hire.
- Must possess & maintain State of Colorado Workers Compensation Division Level I accreditation within 3 months of hire, and Level II accreditation within six months of hire.
- Board Certification in primary specialty preferred but not required in: Occupational Med, Family Med, Internal Med, Emergency Med, PMR, Orthopedics (preferred, others will be considered)
- MRO certification preferred
- Solid, demonstrated knowledge of the practice and application of occupational medicine. Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services; of workerβs compensation and clinical procedures/processes; and of diagnoses and treatment of occupational injury and disease.
- Working knowledge of medical office administration and procedures. Sound administration and management skills.
- Ability to instruct, teach, and correct. Confident and professional demeanor with medical providers, administrators, and clients
- Perform impairment ratings according to the AMA Guideβs 3rd Edition and the guidance of the Division of Workers Compensation for Colorado.
- Respond to written requests from insurance providers and employers in a timely fashion-Rule 6 letters should be returned same day whenever possible.
- Cosign charts under Division of Workersβ Compensation rules for APPs in the clinic.
- Review and respond in writing to surveillance videos.
- Care for psychological injuries resulting from workplace trauma/injury.
- Practice according to the Colorado DOWC medical treatment guidelines.

Peds Heart Center is a 29-bed unit- ranked #2 Nationally by U.S News and World ReportΒ and #1 in patient outcomes, in addition to being a AACN Beacon Award-Winning unit. Β We are the referral center for all major pediatric cardiac surgery in South Carolina. Average Daily Census on the unit is 28, with a blend of cardiac surgical and medical diagnoses. The Heart Center cares for patients with congenital and acute heart disease of any age based on care needs. Common procedures associated with this unit's care include cardiac surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices, Heart Transplant, cardiac catheterization, and all medical diagnoses associated with cardiac care for the children in South Carolina. In addition to ventilatory and cardiac support, the unit provides ECMO/CRRT and additional complex supportive therapies. Pediatric palliative care is available as needed. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

About the role:

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: EMT-Paramedic
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy
Satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting

Essential Requirements
15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall
Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components
Ability to take a concept to customer production and underβstand competitive and business needs while architecting techβnical solutions
Experience negotiating competing interests and priorities to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Advanced degree highly preferred)
