The Role: Make an Impact
The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
- Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
- Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
- Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.
- Assist the Lactalis US Yogurt sourcing and sustainability teams with other projects related to organic transition planning for prospective Stonyfield direct supply farms, organic training, and sustainability in other agricultural ingredient supply chains.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Travel may be required up to 25% monthly. Travel will be within the Northeast region, either using your own vehicle or a rental.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program with a required major in agriculture, sustainability, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in responsible sourcing programs that focus on the environmental and social impacts of agricultural supply chains.
- Interest or experience in researching agricultural greenhouse gas emissions mitigation strategies.
- Experience with farm-level data collection and database management; enthusiasm for using technology to enhance agricultural sustainability and build knowledge networks.
- Farming experience or experience working directly with farmers is a plus.

Position Summary
Our Internship Program offers an 8-week, full-time (40 hours per week), paid opportunity running from June 15 through August 7, 2026. Interns will expand their knowledge of our organization, gain meaningful exposure to the media industry, explore career paths within advertising, and develop key business and leadership skills. Operating on a hybrid model, our interns will work 3 days per week in their designated office location, as this is not a fully remote opportunity.
In addition to team-specified day-to-day responsibilities, interns will have the opportunity to:

- Participate in a weekly speaker series including business and partner led experiences

- Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program
- Anticipated graduation between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027, preferred

- Strong interest in advertising, marketing, research, data analytics or ad-tech
- Good collaboration and relationship-building skills
Wage and Benefits
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. The Role: Make an Impact
The Key Account Management Intern will support responsibilities across sales, marketing, and data analytics to help drive performance at key high-growth e-Commerce retailers. This role will develop a Microsoft Excel dashboard to analyze sales and promotional performance, as well as conduct a content optimization audit across pure-player e-commerce accounts. The intern will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Pure-Player Key Account Manager and the Omnichannel Marketing and Operations Team to ensure alignment with the company's goals and values. The Key Account Management Intern will report to the Manager, Customer Business - E-Commerce.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Primary Project: Build a sales dashboard for Fresh Direct that provides an overview of sales and promotional performance at a Universal Product Code (UPC) level to help strengthen field sales planning and execution.
- Develop a dashboard that uploads data from the Fresh Direct Insights Hub and then generates key charts and graphs outlining UPC sales and promotional performance across the category.
- Prepare key findings within the following categories: high/low performing products, gaps in assortment, promotional formatting and optimization recommendations to share with the Revenue Growth Management team and the Omnichannel Marketing team.
- Document these findings, and be prepared to attend meetings with Fresh Direct, alongside the Sales Manager, where you will be asked to present your key findings and recommendations.
- Present the dashboard, from data upload through chart/graph generation, your findings, and key recommendations to the leadership team at summer's end.
Secondary Project: Conduct a full-scale audit of content on Amazon Fresh and Fresh Direct (manual for Fresh Direct; with Dataweave support for Amazon).
- Perform basic audit of portfolio and identify any gaps and recommend any optimizations across carousels, product titles, bullet points, and other content areas.
- Identify top-performing brands/products at retailer using Unify, and then analyze product detail pages, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our own listings.
- Develop a framework for tracking post-internship results, including suggested KPIs and timelines for expected performance lifts.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team at summer's end.

The Role: Make an Impact
The Logistics Sustainability Intern will identify and assess opportunities to decarbonize logistics, creating a roadmap that enables significant decarbonization of logistics by 2030. The role will include technology readiness assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and market analysis. Additionally, the Logistics Sustainability Intern will collaborate with key members from both the Sustainability and Logistics team to align duties with the company's goals and values. The Logistics Sustainability Intern will report to the Sustainability Manager.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Assess techno-economic feasibility of available emission-reduction technologies (EV, rail, etc.).
- Analyze our logistics network and identify which routes/lanes are the most readily decarbonized.
- Recommend an action plan that would enable significant decarbonization of Lactalis USA logistics by 2030.
- Document available/applicable grants and incentives that can be leveraged for this work in areas where Lactalis USA operates (local, state, federal level).
- Evaluate available resources, conferences, organizations, and working groups for relevance to our needs.
- Report on the state of logistics decarbonization in the US and prepare a benchmarking inventory against key competitors in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) space in the US.

- Marketing and Sales is an immersion program offering participants work experience in one of our Sales Centers throughout the company.
Interns will participate in the following activities: comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders, job shadowing, and a direct mentorship with an onsite leader.
The College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales is designed to last 3-6 months depending upon the participant’s availability and the needs of the property.

?? As a Construction Superintendent Trainee, you will be to assist an experienced Construction Superintendent on the job in communities of high volume or in multiple communities as part of a structured training program to become a Construction Superintendent.
?? The Construction Superintendent Trainee Program is designed to train, prepare and develop Trainees for future Construction Superintendent positions within the organization.
The expectation is to expose these individuals to every facet of the construction process from customer plan signing through the first year's warranty program.
Training will be in the form of shadowing, classroom and on the job training through a formalized program consisting of 9 modules.

Culinary Internship Program
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Culinary Internship Program. This track offers on-the-job training, mentoring relationships with regular coaching, and an opportunity to connect and build life-long relationships with culinary leaders and peers. There are a select number of spots available in this program. This internship is front-line work, mixed with learning various supervisory roles. This experience does rotate between different areas/kitchens, but you may be asked to help in other areas as business volumes vary. If you’re interested in learning systems, working in multiple concepts, scratch cooking and finding out how Kalahari feeds the masses – down to an intimate dinner – this is for you! Previous cooking experience is necessary.
Culinary Art Focus
All Kalahari properties have multiple concepts, from coffee and scratch-pastry shops, sit-down restaurants, a beverage operation, to a full-service convention center. As a Culinary Intern you will gain the unforgettable experience of being part of our back-of-the-house teams in either: Double Cut Steak House, Sortino’s, Cinco Niño’s, B-Lux Bar & Grill, Cinco Nino’s, waterpark eateries, banquets, baking/pastry, and the production kitchen.
Baking & Pastry Arts Focus
All Kalahari properties have a from-scratch production bake shop. Baking and Pastry Arts Program will rotate through a variety of roles, including bulk recipe batching, bread production, pastry/cakes, displays/plating.
Payrate: $18.00/hr.
What We’re Looking For
One or more of these criteria must apply to be eligible:
- A student enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America in a Culinary or Pastry Arts Program. (Kalahari is a Certified Externship Site for CIA externs)
- A student enrolled in a culinary or pastry arts program at a community college or university.
- No formal schooling but has at least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant. Someone seeking hands-on work experience and gaining invaluable industry knowledge
Kalahari’s Culinary Intern program is typically a minimum of 12 weeks but can be customized according to curriculum requirements.
We view this experience as a chance for you to showcase your talents and to make a positive difference. Successful interns will be strongly considered to remain with the company after graduation.
