As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality, performance-driven products that archers around the world rely on.
Responsibilities- Assemble & Package: Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
- Meet Production Goals: Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Hands-On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
- Housekeeping: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Entry-Level Talent: No prior manufacturing experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Small parts assembly experience a plus.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow step-by-step processes and maintain high accuracy.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
