Sports Performance Coach
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate professional to fill a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work weekly across 5 days.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading coaching programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance and minimizing injury risks.
Your role will involve creating effective training programs tailored to improve strength, speed, agility, and conditioning for a variety of clients, including both competitive athletes and fitness enthusiasts across all age groups.
In this position, you will deliver intricate training solutions that support sports performance enhancement, engage teams in collaborative training exercises, and offer customized training options for adults in both semi-private sessions and group formats.
You will focus on shaping healthier lifestyle habits within the general population while guiding clients to meet their personal fitness goals.
A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science, Kinesiology, or an equivalent field is required.
A Master's degree will be an advantage.
It is essential that candidates have certification in strength and conditioning from either CSCCA or NSCA.
Extensive sport-specific knowledge and significant coaching experience are requisite to ensure excellence in this role.
